Ingredients
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb of pork belly, thinly sliced
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pork belly in a large pot over medium heat until it's crispy. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and divide them into four bowls.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
- Top each bowl with the crispy pork belly, soft-boiled egg, and chopped green onions.
- Serve the Ryū no iki Ramen hot and enjoy the fiery flavors!
