  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place the pork pieces in a bowl and coat them with cornstarch, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
