Dried Pork With Bamboo Shoot

Ingredients
- 500g dried pork, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups bamboo shoot, sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Water
Instructions
- Soak the dried pork in water for 30 minutes to rehydrate.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste, green chilies, and turmeric powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rehydrated dried pork and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced bamboo shoot and salt. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
