Ingredients
- 1 cup kardantu, chopped
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios), chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the milk until it reduces to half, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar and continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, add the chopped kardantu, mixed dry fruits, and heavy cream to the milk mixture. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls and serve chilled.
