Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.
  3. Add the chopped kimchi and gochujang to the skillet, and stir to combine with the tofu.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the kimchi is heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
