Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Add the chopped kimchi and gochujang to the skillet, and stir to combine with the tofu.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the kimchi is heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
