Ducana (sweet Potato Pone)

Ingredients
- 4 cups grated sweet potatoes
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, grated coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the water and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the ducana is firm and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
