Dulce De Leche Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add the dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
