Dulce De Leche Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add the dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
