Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into circles. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the edges to form dumplings and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the dumpling bread hot and enjoy!
