Ingredients
- 1 pack of dumpling wrappers
- 250g ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chili oil
- 2 tablespoons black vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture onto a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the dumplings for 5-6 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- While the dumplings are cooking, mix the chili oil, black vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the water and place them in a serving dish. Pour the chili oil sauce over the dumplings.
