Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cut into cubes
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the beef evenly.
