Dunkin Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, drizzle each slice with olive oil and spread the mashed avocado on top.
  4. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning evenly over the avocado toast.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
