Ingredients
- 4 hollowed-out bread rolls (bunny chow)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft.
