Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, yogurt, egg, chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper to make the pancake batter.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
