Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked beef, finely chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup butter

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the bitterballen until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
