Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed stroopwafels
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed stroopwafels and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and caramel sauce.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
