Easy Oxtail

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs oxtail
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the oxtail with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the oxtail on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  4. Return the oxtail to the pot and add the carrots, celery, beef broth, and red wine.
