Ingredients
- 2 lbs oxtail
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine

Instructions
- Season the oxtail with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the oxtail on all sides. Remove and set aside.
