Easy Sweet Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
