Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 1 cup of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. Arrange 4 shrimp, avocado slices, cucumber, and carrots in the center of the rice.
  4. Drizzle with mayonnaise and soy sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Roll the nori tightly into a burrito shape, sealing the edge with a little water.
  6. Repeat with the second sheet of nori and remaining ingredients.
