Ingredients
- 1 cup edible gum (gond)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Instructions
- Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a pan and fry the edible gum until it puffs up. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat the remaining ghee and roast the whole wheat flour until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- Add the chopped nuts and continue to roast for a few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Add the fried edible gum, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small balls (ladoos) using your hands.
- Your Gond ke Ladoo is ready to be served or stored in an airtight container.
