Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the pork cubes over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the drained sauerkraut, bay leaves, caraway seeds, paprika, and broth.
- Season with salt and pepper, then cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bay leaves before serving.
