Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup efo riro (Nigerian vegetable soup)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Spread the efo riro evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the efo riro.
