Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup efo riro (Nigerian vegetable soup)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the efo riro evenly over the pizza dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the efo riro.
  5. Top with the sliced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
