Ingredients
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups carrots, julienned
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the pork and chicken slices. Cook until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked egg noodles, cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the noodle mixture. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked and distributed evenly.
- Transfer the pancit batil patung to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and fried garlic.
