Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are charred and tender.
  3. While the corn is grilling, prepare the mojo sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, cumin, and oregano, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Stir in the orange juice and lime juice, and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the corn is done, remove it from the grill and brush each ear with the prepared mojo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the grilled corn with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
