Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husks removed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are charred and tender.
- While the corn is grilling, prepare the mojo sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, cumin, and oregano, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the orange juice and lime juice, and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the corn is done, remove it from the grill and brush each ear with the prepared mojo sauce.
- Sprinkle the grilled corn with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
