Ema Paa (Bhutanese Cheese and Chili Stir-Fry)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Bhutanese cheese, cubed
  • 6-8 hot chili peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the sliced chili peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
