Ingredients
- 2 cups of Bhutanese cheese, cubed
- 6-8 hot chili peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced chili peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cubed cheese to the pan and stir-fry until the cheese is slightly melted and the chili peppers are tender.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
