Emerald Isle Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Irish cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, Irish cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
