Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Irish cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, Irish cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
