- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 3 tbsp machbous spice mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

- Add the minced garlic, green chilies, and machbous spice mix to the pot. Stir well to combine and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pot and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pot and cook for a few minutes until it starts to turn opaque.
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain the rice and add it to the pot, stirring to combine with the seafood and spices.
