Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 20 round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold in half and press to seal.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings for about 8-10 minutes, until the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce for dipping.
