Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets of store-bought puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, and red bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
