Ingredients

  • 12 empanada discs (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center of each empanada disc. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
