Ingredients
- 500g thinly sliced beef
- 300g shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 150g enoki mushrooms, trimmed
- 150g napa cabbage, sliced
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and salt to the broth. Stir to combine.
- Add the beef, shrimp, tofu, enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
- Transfer the hot pot to a stovetop burner set to low heat to keep it simmering during the meal.
