Ingredients

  • 500g thinly sliced beef
  • 300g shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 150g enoki mushrooms, trimmed
  • 150g napa cabbage, sliced
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and salt to the broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the beef, shrimp, tofu, enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
  4. Transfer the hot pot to a stovetop burner set to low heat to keep it simmering during the meal.
