Fusion envoûtante (Enchanting Fusion) is a tantalizing dish that combines flavors from different cuisines to create a truly magical experience.
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a pot, cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry over the cooked jasmine rice. Garnish with sliced green onions.
