Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 corn tortillas

- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the shredded chicken, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
