Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
