Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, snow peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
