Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, snow peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
