Ingredients

  • 1 package of enoki mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Trim the root end of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into individual strands.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the enoki mushrooms.
  4. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
