Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced

- 2 limes, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
