Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
