Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 small pumpkin, peeled and diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, bay leaves, and season with salt and pepper.
