Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and chili, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in turmeric and paprika, then add the fish chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the tomatoes and okra, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the okra is tender.
