- 1 cup okra, trimmed and sliced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and chili, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in turmeric and paprika, then add the fish chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the tomatoes and okra, then season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the okra is tender.
