Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the stovetop grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the beef kebabs on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
