Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp berbere spice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 soft tortillas
Instructions
- In a large pan, sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until the onions are translucent.
- Add the beef slices to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the berbere spice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven.
- Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas and serve hot.
