Eritrean Style Beef Tacos (Ziginiya Be'siga)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp berbere spice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 soft tortillas

Instructions

  2. Add the beef slices to the pan and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the berbere spice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
