Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup berbere spice
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups chopped collard greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and berbere spice. Mix well and form the mixture into small meatballs.
