Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, white vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and bay leaf. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
