Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, white vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and bay leaf. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
