Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb, red onion, and green bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
