Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, red onion, and bell peppers onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
