Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated beef, red onion, and bell peppers onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
