Ingredients

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
