Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted.
