Ingredients
- 2 large eggplants, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sprinkle the eggplant slices with salt and let them sit for 15 minutes to release excess moisture.
