Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced

- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium-high heat.

- Stir in the carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, peas, and tomatoes.
- Pour in the white wine and beef broth. Add the bay leaves and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
