Ingredients
- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown.
- Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes until the beef is cooked through.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
